Q: What do I get when I purchase a
subscription?
A: A subscription will give you access into the private member's
area of CATIATUTOR.com, where you will discover the actual download
links for all the video tutorial files. You choose your own login
username and password when subscribing. You can use these to access
the site for the duration of your subscription.
Q: If I subscribe, is my PayPal account charged
once? OR is this a recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly bill?
A: You will only be
charged once. We do not automatically charge your card/PayPal
account subsequent times. If you want to renew your subscription you
must come forward to renew!
Q: I decided that I want my money back. What
should I do?
A: Please contact
